I will try that too, i hardly ever reboot it, i apm -s when i put it
down and hit the power switch when i want to go again. i wish all
computers did instant-on!

manual? what manual, i bought it second hand.

actually i did download a huge pdf manual, i may have deleted it to make
room fotr these tv programs i downloaded to watch.
