I use it as Telstra customer, it'll also give me the best accuracy
(shortest travel) (not that it matters, but hey I pay for it). I never
noticed a problem (but I only look at it every few months).

Yes, a clug server would be useful for that, and a few other things. I'd
be interested in setting one up, but not soon. Bandwidth of course is
the issue, not sure how far 128k would go.
