The headers give a clue:

        X-Spam-Score: 3.167 (***) MSGID_FROM_MTA_SHORT
        X-Scanned-By: MIMEDefang 2.37
        X-PMAS-Software: PreciseMail V1.0-01
        X-PMAS-HDR-DATE_WARNING: Date header was missing (3.000)
        X-PMAS-Final-Score: 3.000
        X-PMAS-Spam-Level: ***

but 'tagging' it just for a dud date seems a tad excessive...
