It's not on the public mirrors yet. This gives Mandrake a chance to make some money from retail sales/Club Memberships beforehand. If you are a Club Member, you would have Bittorrent access by now. Your options are: to wait for it's public mirror release, buy from e-caf or similar (or get from someone who already has a copy), or join the Club and get a copy that way.
