At work, with Windows 2000, my network folder is synchronised with my "offline folder" on my local drive so that the most recent changes are preserved wether they be made on the server or local disc.
At home I can back up from my Linux drive to my Fat32 partitions e.g. rsync -urC --delete /home/robert/ /storage1/robert/ If I then access and change files on my Fat 32 partition in Windows they are not later synchronised with my Linux files. I do not know how I could achieve "two-way" synchronisation. Any ideas / advice? -- Robert Fisher www.fisher.net.nz
