It's difficult to tell you the manual to read when you haven't even
revealed what software package and version you're running. I assume
it's some version of the ISC's DHCP implementation.

Look at the man page for dhcpd, then dhcpd.conf. Look for
get-lease-hostnames, use-host-decl-names, and option host-name. You can
work out which options you need.
