Hello Chris
I use an ATI Radeon 9700 PRO graphics card in my system and it works
wonderfully. I play UT2003 and it all looks good so I can only assume
that ATI does support S3TC - in windows at least.
I still can't get my system to load it into linux yet - I will have
to keep working on it.
