Does Dans guardian allow you to set a limit for your users per ip address? I
have seen so many packages recently that I just cant remember which does
what for items like that. If so then could it be used to help sort through
this problem by routing traffic through Dans guardian.

I am sure there are ways of tracking IP traffic and a script should be able
to grep logs, strip the results and do a simple addition. I am sure Carl C
wolud love to try that challenge out.

Sorry for such a what if type answer but didn't see any other responses.
