I don't know much about Linux and am on this list to learn, but a little
google shows it is a:

05e3  Genesys Logic, Inc.
0760  Card Reader
But that web page is referring to RISC OS - but hardware is hardware so that
shouldn't matter.

But another link shows it to be a: 
8_6_80, 05e3, 0760, Intelligent 6, Flash card reader.
in a list of supported devices, from:
