Yes and no. Correct, the connections are being dropped by the router. However, I've only seen this kind of (short) nonsense with the routers one commonly finds in ADSL modems. It's somewhat academic - when the session goes West, the aggro goes to that *&@*#$ ADSL box in the corner.
