I've never used them at all, but I have found that it helps if you use a
supplier that is close to yourself just incase things turn ugly :) I've
always used Dragon www.dragonpc.co.nz (Christchurch)and found them to be
cheap and the service is good (when you go to the store) the email service
is not so good as he is just soooooo busy, although this may have improved
as he has got some more help in.
