Debian keeps a copy of the kernel config in /boot/config-$(uname -r).
In your case, this will be /boot/config-2.4.18 or possibly
/boot/config-2.4.18-bf2.4.

As I said, though, CONFIG_IDEDISK_STROKE requires a kernel >= 2.4.19, so
I'd be surprised if the 2.4.18 Debian kernel supports it--though it is
possible.
