I have exactly the same problem at home - one computer running Windows95
with IE 5.5 won't access the admin page on the Freesco router but happily
surfs the net through it.  If I run a different browser (Lynx32) on the same
box I can access the admin page on the router.

Just tried "bypass proxy server for local addresses" and that didn't handle
it.
Tried unchecking "Use a proxy server" and what do you know - it works now.
