More like
 #(DELL # NTFS(XP) # LINUX # LINUX SWAP # FAT32(DOCS) #
 # UTIL)# 5GB # 4-5GB? # 500MB # what ever is left
#

Windows Can't read linux. Linux can Read windows (ntfs) partions but can't
write to them.
Linux needs an installation partion and a Swap partion.
Both windows and linux can read and write Fat32 so thats best for the Shared
partion.
I remember some thing about full support in linux for ntfs but that used some
emulation software I'll have to look it up.
