Mandrake 9.1 Questions

Some Mandrake 9.1 q's:

I cannot find Kscd on the M9.1 distro CD’s. Does anybody know where it’s 
hiding, and what it’s called?

Does Apt/Synaptic work for M9.1? If yes, is it on the distro CD’s?
