If this uses the same drum unit as an OKI 800, then the most common problem is a grey smear. That is caused by a worn drum cleaning blade, and is easily replaced. (It is under the charge corona wire) Those 800 print engines were used in heaps of different devices; you should be able to get parts from somewhere. Sorry if it does not help you though. Ciao, Dave
