No problem - just don't waste your time burning to CD or DVD, use removeable hard drives. USB drives are supposed to work, but I've not had them working reliably. Instead I used normal cold-swap caddies on the backup server, it only takes a minute or two to shut down, swap the disks, and reboot. Not perfect, of course, hot-swap would be preferable to a power-down, but good enough for the time being. -jim
