Hi, Anyone install MEPIS and do an apt-get update and upgrade? My desktop is all munged, and the panel has gone blank. I can put it all back, but it's annoying. It may be due to me accepting some rc files as part of the upgrade and not observing the differences between them and what I already had.
On a related note, I used the font installer in KDE to add a TrueType font to my MEPIS system, and whilst that was successful a whole bunch of other fonts disappeared, and I had to reset all the fonts for things (title bars, menus etc.). Again, I can cope with it, but it doesn't look good. Thanks for any insightful comments. Andy
