I'm in Blenheim. The last computer I bought (as parts) came from Paradigm PCs in Wellington (http://www.pp.co.nz), but for a few dollars extra they would have assembled it. Free delivery on orders over $100. I didn't buy an operating system. They list Red Hat linux for sale. I'm not sure if this makes them Linux friendly.
