Hi,
If you didn't know about
www.w3schools.com
then get there now! It ROCKS! I have spent the entire day studying it. 
It is easy to use, I love the ability to try and then immediately see 
the results (page split into two...) and there is almost EVERYTHING you 
could want as a developer. (alright, i haven't seen anthing to do with 
perl yet...but as I don't really know what that is...). I will no doubt 
spend many, many more days studying it. It is completely free.

Unfortunately... It seems that they are rather M$ biased but there is 
only one tiny section on vbscript where it makes a difference. Have a 
look!!!! (it is fully pro-standards). I have looked around for something 
like this for quite a while and will look no further!!!!
