Hi Paul, The disks should be the same size if you're doing that. Otherwise, do it on a per partition basis, having set the new partitions up the same as the old ones.
You may want to play with the bs option to improve performance, but I doubt you've got that luxury! ...and make sure you've got a boot floppy, you're probably not going to have a bootstrap on the new one!
