Trying to set up Majordomo on top of sendmail... running into issues...

I can...

Generate a mailing list
subscribe to that list
unsubscribe to the list

I cant...

POST to the list...

It howls and complains that it cant write to the address list

Greystoke - ADDRESS FROM FILE /usr/local/majordomo/lists/greystoke which
it thinks is a world writable directory... I can assure you that it's
not, it's a file... WHERE it got the idea that it's a directory is beyond
me...

I got a cunning idea and created an ALIAS in /etc/aliases

test - ADDRESS FROM FILE /net/software/operational/test

with permissions 777... Same deal, cant touch this file which sendmail
thinks is a world writable DIRECTORY...

Pretty darn obvious that I have a SENDMAIL problem, and MajorDomo cant be
blamed here... Only what IS it?
