I like the t-shirt thing, helps ID the installers on the day. A
competition for a tshirt design?. I can hopefully find details again of
where I bought the t-shirts. Ben Devine had a mate who printed them.

sounds like a good scheme. you do get situations where, for example,
people change their mind on distro part way through an install, often
for good reason. therefore you have to be flexible.

there should also be the ability to get a nice written report for the
day, because people get very annoyed at writing it all out again for the
installer. They should be pre-printed, ready to sign, and taken straight
from the database. can't be that hard (says Nick the non-preogrammer :-)
