After having remotely rebooted my home machine yesterday forgetting that there was a knoppix cd in there, and being locked out until I had physical access (as knoppix does not bring up network cards, or sshd), I wondered if there is a better way to have a "Boot from CD" option than in the bios.
The short question is, can I have a "Boot the CD" option in grub? ie grub loads a menu form the hard drive that has, as an option, "boot the cd" Have I explained that well enough? -- Nick Rout <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
