Well at the end of the day if the chipsets are nice enough it doesn't really matter to much as long as the board is well supported when installed ....I installed a ASRock board (very low end according to $) in a customers machine (a friend has used a few of these also ) and it hasn't given an ounce of trouble ....these days I think chipset/board spec is more relevant to price as there doesn't appear to be alot of difference between board manufacturers in regards to quality , the main difference I see between low/high end boards these bays aside from extras is the quality of Bios/drivers shipped ....and even then Highend =! good :) The best bet would be to have a look at a sample board of a few brands and see which appears to be well manufactured hit google then purchase :)
