Actually, it is fixed... in a way. Your messages have a correct
timestamp and timezone on them, but it looks like you've achieved this
by leaving your timezone set to UTC and setting your system clock back
twelve hours.
This is technically valid, but probably not what you want, because your
system will be showing you timestamps for everything in UTC instead of
your local timezone.
