No, that's not the problem.

The threads in mail lists are kept in order by using the lines in the header 
which are entitled 'Message-id:' and 'In-reply-to:' to create the linking. 
There is also a header line entitled 'References:' which can be used as well.

One of the user mail agents you are using ( X-Mailer: Internet Mail Service 
(5.5.2653.19) ) does not utter an 'In-reply-to:' nor a 'References:'  header 
line and thus breaks the sequence.

I suspect that you have no control over this, and it's therefore always one of 
those days when we have to learn to be statues.
