1. Select Go, CD Creator. This takes you to the location burn:/// 2. Drop the files you want burnt into this location. 3. Click on Write to CD on the tool bar, and follow the instructions.
One word of warning - if you drop wav files into the burn:/// location en masse, it burns them onto the disc in reverse order. I drop them in one at a time.
I haven't tried doing a second burn onto one CD yet.
I've also been successful with XCDroast, but it's a lot more complicated to drive. If you just want to take these files and stick them on that CD, then Nautilus makes it very easy.

I have had fairly mixed results with k3b, (it's definitely a nice app though)
i have found XCDRroast a bit more reliable and later versions (like 0.98) have a mulitsession option
