The installfest is only a week and a bit away. I am sure there are people
on this list who haven't subscribed to the Installfest list, but still want
to help out.
Firstly, if you are planning on helping out on the day, please register at:

This way I will know how many Installers Kits to make up.
Secondly, if you want to help out with the preparations (even if you are not

I am looking for volunteers for the unassigned tasks. The more of this
stuff we get done before the 'fest, the easier it will be for people doing
the installs on the day. It will also make it easier on the list after the
'fest because there will be less stuff to follow up afterwards.
