OT - SMC91c96 PCMCIA ethernet adapters

Hi all, I'm looking for a PCMCIA (or Compact Flash) ethernet adapter 
that is based on any of the following chipsets and is available in NZ.
- Intel 21143 (Maybe ex DEC 21143)
- SMC91C96, 91C110
- DP8390

I've had a good look around, but because most manufacturers simply 
rebrand without saying what base chip they are using, I haven't turned 
up any results.
Does somebody know of such a card?
