When it needs a file from disk 4 it ejects the CD tray and waits until you
put disk 4 in and click on ok.

It won't look anywhere else for that file, even if it is available from
another source.

They can remove disk 4 from their list of sources. To do that they should
click on the Star menu and find the bit where Media Sources are configured
(I'm not in front of a Mandrake PC at the moment so I can't tell you the
exact menu structure). They will be asked for the root password and then
the list of sources will be displayed. From there they can select disk 4
and delete it from the list.

Now they can try to install their package again and it should get if from a
different source (the Internet).

Alternatively, they can get a copy of disk 4. I only have 1 copy of disk 4
at the moment. Maybe if there are people on the list who want a copy, they
should say so now and we can have enough copies available at the meeting on
Thursday. I won't be able to make it this time, so if Robert could burn
these, that would be great.

Thinking about it now, we should have had installers remove the disk 4
source during the installation.
