I am sure there are some gold components.

I first balked at the price, then I looked at how much Microsoft
keyboards cost, and I figured the extra function keys, the good
three-button mouse, and extra power-cords made the price more
reasonable. Oh, and using a non-standard keyboard is l337 as you well
know :P
