Bunch of corporate luddites imho. Corporate attitude completely unable to change the mode of trade from a protected State monopoly to an independent trader in a free marketplace. They are currently offering 2Mbit plans, but with reduced traffic caps. I made enquireies about purchasing a 2Mbit plan with the same traffic cap as I have now ( 10 Gb ), but was given such a brusk customer support experience that it bordered on rudeness. Anybody on the list from TelstraClear able to offer suggestions as to a contact point? -- Sincerely etc., Christopher Sawtell
