The windows box is misconfigured, going by the previous info you provided the DNS server should be 192.168.10.1 not 192.168.11.1. If you do a route print from windows, it probably doesn't have a route to 192.168.11/24 . Did you fix up the zone errors? Once you've fixed the obvious errors it might be worth running something like dnswalk to further check your zone files.
