With things on a bit of a role I'm now attempting to install Thunderbird... I downloaded MozillaThunderbird-0.8-4.1.i586.rpm and right clicked to select 'Install with YaST' The install seemed to go without a hitch and the Thunderbird icon duly appeared next to my other E-mail clients. On trying to run Thunderbird for the first time the little bouncing icon appeared on the screen for about twenty seconds and then disappeared...Thunderbird did not open;-(
I note from a previous listing regarding running Firefox for the first time there was a 'xterm +' instruction...does such a command requirement apply to Thunderbird too? Ralph
