No.  Wine tells the operating system to execute the code, and catches the 
system calls.  The executable will not run on the PPC.

Wine just sets up an environment that win32 exe's can be run it, but requires 
a x86 processor.  It looks like in future they will have an x86 emulator so 
it might work in future for PPC (and others).

(on x86) win32 exe -> wine environment -> processor
(on PPC in future) win32 exe -> wine enironment -> x86 emulator -> processor
