The meetings are the same: gatherings of like-minded linux oss geeks. Newbies are welcome because soon they become compenent users and so on, then we can all help other newbies.
I believe clug doesn't need organisation besides the meetings. It's not like clug has any physical assets to manage - it is a collection of people and ideas nothing more - nothing less. Why are you trying to formalise everything? The CLUG is a *user group* not an advocacy group - Our focus is users not advocacy.
