Vatsala, I am someone who enjoys the technical and social aspects of CLUG, mostly from the sidelines but occasionally I ask a question or perhaps offer some help where I can.
I all I ask is that I don't have other people's religious perspectives rammed down my throat.
I actually do prefer to live my life in the sand, and/or in a hole - please do not critisise those who prefer to remain in the dark. And please do not try to enlighten me.

May the Force be with you

Hi,

Please don't be offended, but who are you? And what kind of
"explicit overtones" do you prefer? Perhaps the other kind of "explicit"
content...? :| Each to their own... In that case it could be suggested to go
to the "other operating system" where such (non-"religious") content is not
only welcome, but applauded! If you prefer to live life with your head in
the sand, and/or in a hole, please do NOT criticise those who prefer NOT to!

So, a word of caution. Be very careful when criticising/condemning
"religious" matters. One could very easily experience a very BIG slap from
above... (bolt of lightning etc.). ;) Or even one from below... ;)
Personally there is NO point to being involved with this group if "religious
overtones" are not respected and tolerated (so it is indeed fortunate that
the more intelligent members of this group do respect this). It is indeed a
good thing that you are NOT in charge of this group. One is (however)
entitled to opinions (but that does not mean that such opinions hold
substance, however). As for Linux, and being "Linux centric", there is
plenty of that already (the inbox here is overflowing with it). Don't fear,
there are plenty of Linux issues pending, that need to, and will, be
addressed, in due course. The simple fact is that Linux (and you, and
everything) could NOT exist without Hare Krishna.

Wishing well,

I normally wouldn't speak up on this kind of thing, but Vatsala your
religious retoric is becoming extremely tiresome. Can you please
restrict your postings to matters that are Linux centric, without the
implicit or explicit religious overtones.

Thanks
Brad

Ask some intelligent, succinct questions and you might get some answers.

Very good advice for all. Thank you. Will do (personal) best in this

regard,

as it is "synergistic" (ref. http://srimadbhagavatam.com/1/1/5/en) with

Hare

Krishna.
