OK.
It looks as if it's going to be the Second Tuesday @ $24 for the evening.
Sorry about the change. Wednesday seems to have gone in spite of talking to
them just a couple or three hours earlier.
Should we booking December and/or January?
I would have thought neither, but it's over to folks.

Is there any deeply-felt objection to that booking?

Hi Chris
Sorry - I should have reminded you that the wednesday is not available. I
keep that free for whatever weekly courses we may want to run. Some groups
are using Tuesdays for their monthly meetings, so the second and third
tuesday are still available. If you choose the second Tuesday the middle
room at this stage is available for your supper. I don't mind you using that
free of charge as long as we don't get a definite booking for the middle
room. On the third Tuesday, the residents Assoc has their meeting from 7.30
till about 9.30 - but that's not a guaranteed finish time. But you could
have supper in the middle room after the residents assoc leaves.

Regards the wiring, it might be best if you visit the NNet room on a
Saturday between 1 - 3 pm when Gordon is there. Gordon has done quite a bit
of wiring and knows the limitations of the ceiling and the brick walls :)

So hiring fee for your group would be $24 for the three hours.
Cheers - Douceline
