It's displayed by default if you have a recent procps (e.g. 3.2.1), but
the column is 'wa' rather than 'iowait'. vmstat(1) will also show you
the current I/O wait time.
You need to be running a recent enough kernel to see accurate I/O wait
values. For example, RHEL 3, and anything with a 2.6 kernel is recent
enough.
