I don't have this problem, but I thought I'd casually lift a finger and type the following into the Google search box: Plug-in "OpenPGP" initialization unsuccessful. Lo! A bunch of responses appeared, mostly pertaining to the self-same error. It seems that you are not the only one to have suffered this wicked blow. Included with the error reports were a sprinkling of suggestions that may have solved the problem.
