Because I want the process that receives external emails to filter
external mails. This should have nothing at all to do with what happens
*internally* on my mail server.

Sure, I can hack any old solution, but I want to see if I can do it what
*I consider* to be properly. Why should my *local* delivery agent filter
my *external* mail? That should not be its function.
