Oh, OK I understand what you mean. I've already located my mail store
somewhere other than the default location in preparation for the dual
booting requirements. I'll do this and the reinstall (and won't be
losing any of my emails).
Note that this will cause you to lose all of your Thunderbird
configuration, and probably also any downloaded mail.
