...and it's actually writing to /etc/ppp/resolv.conf.  It's left up to
the user to get any details from there into the system's
/etc/resolv.conf.

I was just wondering how you could use 'usepeerdns' and avoid having any
local modifications to your /etc/resolv.conf trashed, so I
double-checked the man page, and I had quoted the path of the
pppd-written resolv.conf incorrectly earlier.
