I recall seeing this in earlier (~0.8?) Firefox releases -- it seems to be
missing in 1.0. Even if the "always show it" code is added to userChrome.css:

/* Always show Style Sheet Switcher icon in status bar */
#page-theme-button {
   display: -moz-box !important;
   list-style-image: url(chrome://browser/skin/page-themes.png);
   padding: 0px 3px;
}

I miss it -- it's not immediately obvious that alternate style sheets are
available, and it's an extra click through the menu.
