Their site will be completely invisible to google - because google doesn't search flash. Not a good way to help the customers find you.
It is also completely innacessible to anyone that can't follow the little moving squares back and forth across the screen, can't read text on coloured backgrounds etc. This school is publicly funded, right? If so it has a duty to make it's site accesible to everyone it can, and not to exclude based on physical/mental ability or even on choice of platform ( to go almost full circle (: ), IMHO. That makes it a bad design, even if it look pretty.
Did anyone else follow the calendar and get stuck in a dead end? I don't like sites that force me to use my back button several times to get back to a menu.
Interesting reading otherwise - esp the bit about encouraging students to pursue their interests. What was it you were after from him Caleb?
