Also, the sent items don't appear in the Inbox by default, they go to Sent Items (probably), you might want to change that to duplicate the effect of Inbox threading.
Sometimes when I check for messages, Thunderbird claims that user/pass was incorrect, but works next time.
So, it's not perfect yet, but it's getting there I guess. No IMAP yet either. Have a look at http://fastmail.fm for a free IMAPpable mbox :-)
