One of the staff members here always thinks he knows best, so rather than
having most of his files stored on the file servers and synchronised to his
laptop, he has almost everything on his Windows "C" drive.

Guess what? He now has the dreaded "Blue Screen of Death".

So Robert inserts a Knoppix CD
K-start > KNOPPIX > Services > Start Samba Server
Enter name and password
Go to another PC
Browse to the Linux IP address
Copy the required files to the server

Bloody marvellous!!

(Says a lot about Windows security though)

Now to rebuild the Windows machine and continue to beat the user around the
head.
