I've been running a FreeS/Wan based VPN on various releases of Redhat for 3 years now. Earlier this year I decided to see If I could get it to work with IPCop 1.3 . This wasn't possible with the standard IPCop configuration interface, but I got it to work by importing the IPSEC config and certificates from my working Redhat VPN. I also had to add an additional firewall rule to NAT the payload address, but that was to appease some additional checks they were doing on the corporate end. I've gone back to my Redhat based VPN for now but I'm planning to upgrade it to a later release of something in the near future (if it ain't broken it must need changing :-)
