I have my mum using Linux, she uses Star Office, she has
had a few problems, she still has to try using email. In general
her needs are simple and hence the solutions tend to be simple,
my phone bill will be a bit larger this month but in general I find
the less computer literate someone is the less problems they will
have that can't be solved simply over the phone.
I am in Wellington, mum in Chch.
